These Terms & Conditions apply to services provided by Rug Cleaners Sunshine Coast. By accepting a quotation, making a booking or asking us to proceed with work, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are based on the information available to us at the time.
Where a rug has not been physically inspected before quotation, the final price or recommended treatment may change after inspection if its size, construction, condition, contamination or treatment requirements differ materially from the information supplied.
We will advise you where a significant change is required before proceeding.
Rugs can contain pre-existing conditions that may only become apparent during professional cleaning or treatment.

We take reasonable professional care when assessing and treating rugs but cannot guarantee that every pre-existing condition will be identifiable before work begins.
We aim to achieve the best practical cleaning result.
However, complete stain, odour or contamination removal cannot be guaranteed. Results depend on factors including the rug fibre, dyes, age, construction, previous treatments, type of contamination and length of time the affected area has been present.
Where collection or delivery is included, customers should ensure reasonable access is available at the agreed location.
Collection and delivery arrangements may be affected by traffic, weather, workload and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Any completion time provided is an estimate rather than a guarantee.
Some rugs require additional drying, treatment or inspection before they can safely be returned.
We will not compromise the treatment or drying process simply to meet an estimated completion date.
We exercise reasonable care while rugs are in our possession.
Customers should advise us before cleaning of any known damage, unusual history, previous restoration, special value or other circumstance that may affect how a rug should be handled.
Payment is due in accordance with the quotation, invoice or other arrangement agreed with the customer.
Our standard payment terms, unless otherwise agreed, is full payment upon completion. At times, completed rugs may be required to be paid for before delivery or collection.

We want the opportunity to inspect the rug and, where appropriate, address the concern before another company performs further treatment.
